Launch Platform Comparisons
Hauntboard vs other launch platforms
Side-by-side comparisons of Hauntboard with 15 launch platforms, communities and directories. We run Hauntboard, so every fact about another platform comes from that platform's own pages, with a date and a source, and each comparison says when the other platform is the better pick.
Facts checked 14 Oct 2026. Sources are listed on each platform's review.
What Hauntboard is, in one paragraph
A weekly launch board for indie makers. A person reviews every launch (about 72 hours on the free tier, within 24 hours on paid launches), launches spend a full week on the board, every approved launch gets a permanent page and a dofollow link, and each launch page shows its page views and visits in public. It's free to launch; Launch Now ($19) lets you pick your week, and Spotlight ($49) pins a launch in the top row. Hauntboard is new, so its audience is still small.

How we compare
- • Facts about each platform come from its own pages, or from the live HTML of its listings, and carry the date we checked them.
- • Where we couldn't verify something, the comparison says so instead of guessing.
- • Audience figures are the platform's own published numbers, not our estimates.
- • Most makers launch in more than one place. Each comparison ends with how to use both.
